Grace and peace to you!

God has given diverse gifts in diverse measures - not everyone is the same. As we begin to recognize and draw on what God has placed in our midst - in our church community - we find blessings, benefits, challenges, and growth. Our ministry in part is to recognize and cultivate the gifts of God in His people, to see each one walking in the ministry God has called them to - and as we do this, we see the body fitly join together so everyone has a part - everyone is necessary and fulfilled. We are blessed to serve you and to serve with you.

I am blessed to be serving the Lord in this generation! We are living in great times - as difficult as they may be, these are great days for the Church of Jesus Christ. Yes, morality is declining, and the days are getting darker, but this is the prime time for the church to shine! We must be about our Father's business, the business Jesus did when He walked in the flesh - reaching out to a generation that most of the church and the world have written off - reaching out to the widows and the shut-ins - reaching out to the addicted - reaching out to the hurting and broken hearted. It is time to shine! To let the world see the reality of Christ in us - not our religious affiliation - but Christ IN YOU the hope of glory.

Some would say that perilous times are soon to be upon us. Others say perilous times are already here. Where is the hope? Where is the security we need in times when things are being shaken? Only in JESUS CHRIST. The bride of Christ is at a place where only getting closer to the groom will provide the hope and security that we as Christians need. At the same time we need to see the need of others around us who are also hopeless and insecure but don't know where to get those answers. After all Jesus had only one prayer request. "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he will send forth labourers into his harvest" Matt 9:37b, 38. Will you be an answer to His prayer?
